An assistant that lives in WhatsApp
You already send everything to WhatsApp. Nara is the one person in there who actually does something with it.
Forward her a receipt and it becomes a spreadsheet. Ask what’s on tomorrow and she reads your calendar. Tell her to write the reply and she shows it to you before it sends. No new app, no login, no training — the same chat window you use all day.
She is a contact in WhatsApp. That is the whole interface.

What it actually feels like
No commands to memorise, no menus. You talk the way you already talk — in English, in Indonesian, or both in one sentence.
Capabilities
Searches and reads your inbox. Opens attachments and tells you what’s in them. Writes replies in your voice — and always shows you the message before it sends.
“What’s on tomorrow?” Books meetings, prepares you before one, finds free time. Declining an invitation always asks you first.
Finds the document you half-remember. Files things into folders, saves anything you forward, and hands any file back as Word or Excel when you need to send it on.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDFs read directly — every sheet of a workbook, not just the first. Reply to any file in the chat and tell her what to do with it. A photo becomes a real spreadsheet; a name card becomes a contact you tap once to save.
“Remind me Thursday morning.” Snooze, complete, pause. You can set one for someone else — it arrives in their chat, in their timezone, saying who asked.
Dictate a thought, find it weeks later by describing it. No app, no folder to choose, no filing to do.
Correct her once — “when I say the deck, I mean the investor one” — and she uses your meaning from then on. Private to you unless you choose to share it.
Teach her what you sell, who it’s for, how you pitch it. Then in a group chat she can explain it to a customer, in your words.

Add her to any WhatsApp group. She stays completely silent until someone mentions her by name — then answers, and goes quiet again.

Most people have a work account and a personal one. Nara holds both. Ask “what’s on today” and she merges them into one answer with each item labelled. When she writes on your behalf she uses exactly one, names it in the preview — “sending from work” — and if you name an account she doesn’t recognise, she stops and asks rather than guessing.
Microsoft works with cloud accounts — Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com. If your company still runs its own Exchange server in-house, that cannot be connected. Voice notes aren’t transcribed yet — a forwarded voice message comes through empty rather than being read.
Safety
An assistant with access to your inbox is only worth having if you can predict exactly what she will never do. These are built in — not settings someone can quietly switch off.
Warm, brisk, formal, funny — set how she comes across, and set it differently for groups than for private chats, so she can be relaxed with you and professional in front of clients. What is not adjustable is the honesty and the confirmations above. A personality that could switch those off would be worth less than no personality at all.

Hosting, the WhatsApp connection, the AI usage for normal daily work, health monitoring with alerts, and support when something needs adjusting. Usage is measured per person, so unusually heavy use is a conversation we start with you — never a surprise on an invoice.
Indicative pricing. Rupiah figures are approximate and confirmed at the time of quoting. Minimum term three months; no lock-in after that. Your accounts and data stay yours and can be disconnected at any time.
Getting started

Who she works for, what she should know, how she should sound. Half an hour is usually enough.

Her own WhatsApp number, so your personal number stays personal. You can supply one or we arrange it.

The moment a number is added she knows that person. Reminders, notes, questions and search all work straight away — connecting mail and calendar can happen whenever they get to it.

A private link, sent by you or asked for in the chat — “add my Google account” and she sends one. They approve it themselves, in their own browser. Nobody, including us, can do it for them.
